Subject:- Fraud Transaction of Rs. 3,46,986/ from my account on 17.04.2022 - Online. Please refer above, yesterday at 20.00 Hrs, fraud transaction from my account is done. Amount of Rs. 3,46,986/- is debited to my Account.

On SMS for linking Pan card for Yono-SBI activation, I clicked on SMS link. Then I got Yono-SBI page with LOGO. I thought this is of bank SMS only. Further, I processed for linking of Pan Card; detail asked user id, password of Yono-SBI; I continued; then the process was of OTP for updation.

During that, they have sent transaction OTP; I filled the OTP in the sheet; 3-4 times because “Invalid OTP” was displaying. During the process, the amount of Rs. 3,46,986/- is taken out from my Account.

I have already complained to SBI customer care at 20.52 hrs. SBI customer care case- 94573524 & 94573525. SMS detail of link for updation of Pan Card, transaction detail and complained copy to cyber cell is attached.

Submitted above with duly request to return back my amount to the Account. Even as I remember, I had put transaction limit of Rs. 50,000/- only then more than the limit amount should had not been transacted.
