State Bank of India (SBI): Account Holder Can Not Withdraw Money Even After Submitting Documents Thrice

I am an account holder with SBI from last more than 10 years. I have transferred my branch to Sector 7 Noida 2 years back. While doing the transfer, I had submitted all the necessary documents mentioning my mobile number (mandate ) so that KYC was done first hand.

I did follow up after a few months and they asked me to submit the documents again as they missed my file. Meanwhile, my net banking was working. Now, when I wanted to withdraw some cash; they clearly mentioned my KYC isn’t done yet and my net banking has also stopped working .

Even after submitting the documents more than 2 times, they still fail to process my KYC. All this happened, when I was expecting a child and I am not able to get my own money when I needed it the most.

This is how Government Banks work!! I really need some attention here as I’m tired of following up with this bank as they are asking me to submit the required documents again.
