Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Yasoda and I am from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh). I have placed an order for 2 computer tables from staranddaisy.in on April 13th 2022 paying total amount of 5996/-.
I received the product on May 9th 2022. It took almost one month to receive the product but only received one table and that too damaged. I have informed them about the same immediately through mail, whatsapp and call.
They responded to all the 3 means but did not resolve the issue. after couple of days, they are are not lifting my calls and responding to whatsapp messages and mails as well. I have been trying to contact them since then.
I am attaching the video of damaged product and the invoice bill for your review. One table was sent through DTDC courier. I made the payment with ICICI Credit Card for an amount of 5996/- on 13th April 2022.
I have contacted their customer care number [Protected]and sent mails to [PROTECTED]@staranddaisy.in. No reply. This is just the height of unprofessional ism and i trusted them.
Hope this is solved at the earliest under this complaint room forum and am hopeful for a quick response and resolve. Thanking you very much..
