I ordered a dream rocker with order id 31898 and its defective. They replaced it with a new Product which is again defective. It looks like a manufacturing defect and I tried explaining the same to the team.
I have been following up with them from the last 2 months and their customer service is the worst. I have run out of need for the rocker which i could never use and my baby has outgrown it now.
They gave a very dumb and senseless explanation that for pendulum type rockers the baby has to be placed in the centre and ensure baby remains in the centre. Not sure if they are manufacturing product s for real babies or for dolls.
It is an expensive product and the team is Highly irresponsible.
