I am trying to convert one of my transaction into EMI past 10 days I am struggling to do that, no one is responding in customer service, every one is giving excuse we will arrange a call back, but no one called. I got a call on 12th April 2021, in single ring call got disconnected, what challenge you guys are facing to serve your customers this is not a right way..
I must say that I have not seen such a non-professional and shameless customer service in my life. I would have called minimum 15 times but still no one has bothered to even start working on the case id.
Every time they promise that someone will call by end of the day but no one really does. I need call in this without any further delay. (Application No - IN[Protected]).
