Dear Sir,
My mobile(Samsung Galaxy Note 8) display had a issue, so, went to SRI VENTURES E-Receipt No [Protected], NO. 485, CMH ROAD, INDIRA NAGAR NEAR PARADISE HOTEL E-Receipt Date 09.04.2022, BANGALORE 560038

After thorough inspection for one day, next day Sri Ventures assured me that, only display problem, if you change the display it will work fine and display changed at a cost Rs 11300/- and we paid for the same.
after that, they are saying Apart from Display. Mother board has an issue. Need to replace it at a cost of Additional Rs 25000/-. So, i am requesting them, i can not afford Motherboard replacement charges, better refund the amount of new Display cost.
And give me back the damaged display mobile by taking back your new Display. Where a single minute also new display was not used by me as i am unable to Start the mobile but, they are not responding properly, 15th April 2022.
They took the mobile for services but, till today, no one is responding properly. Spoken to Samsung customer care. Even they are also giving negligent answer. Please talk to the service center.
