Hi,
I had made an online purchase for inners few days back and yesterday I received the parcel below mentioning the website for your reference: https://booomy.in/collections/all under SOMNATH FAB.
Upon opening the parcel I got 4 products all defective and none of my size. Had no price tags nor the purchase receipt. Looked like alredy used and one was specifically stained with ink on it.
Immediately I tried to reach out to them on the website but it had no details regarding the return policy. The box of the parcel has the return address mentioned on it. So, I went down to the tracking link the return option was inactive. The parcel no where resembled to the original image that was shown on the website.
I tried speaking to the Amazon seller customer care department they provided me with a number of the seller , I tried calling them multiple times yet no response. They would be online on whtsapp yet not answer my calls.
I am highly disappointed.My total Purchase was worth 999rs. And I would be grateful if you can help me get a refund back or atlest track the person down so that he is unable to fool other people into this.
