Slicepay: Technical Issue Is Not Resolved

I have been talking to them for the last four months due to a technical glitch in the slicepay downloader but have not fixed it yet. My cibil is affected by this. Please check this and ask me for help.

I was paid my due amount of Dec'21, but still not updated in slicepay app.
