Hello,
Order no. 21094 booked on April 20th, 2022. Today is May 5th, 2022. Order still not received. When we enquire on their only whatsapp # -- which supposedly seems to be their customer care #, we get delayed responses stating that the order will reach us by Wednesday/ 1-2 days, by Monday/Tuesday..
All these delaying tactics, lies and fraud has been happening since about 2 weeks.. It is quite surprising that an online portal which boasts of good deals is cheating the customers and should be brought to notice.
It should be banned and/or taken down and action should be taken against the owners who are running this portal. I simply wish to have my money refunded into my bank account -- through the same mode of payment by which i have originally paid.
Even if i get a product free from them, i do not want it. Just want my funds wired back to me at the earliest. You cant get away with this nonsense all the time. Period.
I'm waiting for 2 more days before I lodge a police complaint and my lawyers shall send a notice to the firm. Total amount transferred to sixteeninches is Rs.10625.00 for Whey Protein.

Initially we were scared that the order wouldn't reach us but to our surprise, it did reach us. The packaging, quality and the fresh article made up for the delay. My apologies to sixteeninches for being impatient. They are sincere and honest people. Kindly disregard my comments above. Should have been a bit more patient. It was certainly worth the wait.
