Incident date- 12 may .
On may 7 i have orderd women lingerie for Rs. 1099 in silkyfit 101. On 12th may i have received the product when i opened it, it was not the same which i have orderd. I got three kids leggins which is worth for 200. On the product cover they have given 2 numbers for returning process while i have called that 2 numbers it showed that as spam.
While i watsuped for that number no reply and also tweeted for that company. And atlast i found customer care number for silkyfit 101 in chrome and called them, one who answered for that asked me to give my debit card number first for returning the amount.
I said i have phone pay send via that and then another one asked me to install ANY DESK APP, i replied him i wont and said its a kind of remote accessing app, if you speak like this again i will inform police.
I have enclosed all photos which help for accepting complaint please help me. I need my money please help me. People like me educated can understand this is fraud and i was aware of not giving debit card number and that app but illiterate will not aware of that and they will give all the details what the fraud asking for and loss their money and datas. Please take action for that fraud company.
