I've ordered dryfruits worth 942 rupees Through online payment via phonepe I didn't receive any message or call from the store.The Shopify link also removed. How can I get my money back

the online shops promoted by Shopify are frauds at least the one I encountered on Instagram, my story same as all the others who complained here paid money online got the email about confirmation of orders and now the site is not available.it's difficult to trust even names now Shopify, Instagram do you at least verify how true n authentic these businesses are? or you don't care if it's fraud then at least put up a notice that it's at the customer's risk wholely. I saw the Instagram ad and thought it might be authentic but to my despair, everybody here is only to earn money!!
