I have ordered some cloths from https://fab-villa-in.myshopify.com/ which of worth Rs. 448. But order not yet delivered and when i m chking tht site for order details its not opening.

Is this scam? Below email id is present in mail

I hv order the folding chair 589 rs was deducted but the product had not recieved had pass 1 month
