I have order a Air Music Boat on dated 19.05.2022 and pay online Rs. 280/-, But till I am not received any order and there is no one to update the status. If order is not received till time then let me know please refund my amount to me.
There is no way to track the order. please resolve my problem otherwise we will raise a complaint against shopify and boat music. I Totally think that this website is completely fraud.
My order No #1121. but we do not received till time any order. Now the issue is about one month is gone but there is no message and no mail. Transaction ID is [Protected]and Merchant Name is Prince Niteshbhai Ramani and they said that we have received money PayU on Behafl of Prince Niteshbhai Ramani.
But now there is no update of the product which we have order through Shopify.com. So i would request you to please kindly resolve my problem so refund my money. If order is not received till time then let me know please refund my amount to me.

If fraud things happened like this people will loose trust on online business and many businesses will get affected
Pls take action on such fraudulents.
I have ordered for boat airpods yesterday,and paid Rs. 336 , the payment was successfully done but i haven't get any confirmation mail or anything till now.. can u please resolve my problem. Order no. Is#1006
my order number was 1080 i had ordered bolt ear birds but they haven't arrived yet
