I ordered 3 items (stylish plastic chatai) from shopee online store on 05/02/2022(order id-220205PA900UXP). They send me 1 quantity only for which i raised a complaint for missing products.
I requested for refund only for the missing two items i,e is Rs 560. but on the next day they send me message telling me to return the single item i got. so the refund should be for all the 3 quantities i,e 825 Rs (275 *3=825).
They have initiated refund amount of 560 only for two quantities. please help. i have other orders too which face the same problem.
