I am 21 year old and just lost my father (not in good financial condition and Shopclues is not refunding). This is with reference to your Order ID [Protected]for HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM LTE (Blue Lagoon).
This phone looked used and few accessories like ear phones and charger were found to be missed. After calling them numerous times and emailing them, they have come to the conclusion that they will not return the product since it’s not Shopclues fault but manufactures fault.
They have agreed to compensate me for missed accessory but they are not ready the return the product worth Rs 10000. Plus they also threaten me bout the legal action I can take. Further I have provided all the information as asked.
As a consumer my hard earned money is wasted. It’s very disheartening. My father has lost life this covid 19 and I don’t have financial support that I can waste it and be part of it. Please take action.
