I have ordered slippers (cheppals) in ShopClues.com at the Rs 142/- I have paid money in online prepaid mode (before getting the order). But at the time of receiving the order through the courier boy, he asked money again for COD (CASH ON DELIVERY).
But already I had paid through UPI. That's why I refused to take the product. Then the courier boy sent back that order to seller (ShopClues). Here I have placed order on 6th January 2022 and returned the order on 13th January 2022.
But till now I didn't get my refund Rs 142/- But in that App order status is showing as " I got refund" but I didn't! So please help me for refund of my money and please take the action on these type of fraud e-commerce sites.
Because this ShopClues don't have its own customer care number.! We don't have a chance to give a complaint to executive, we communicate with that site. This is worst e-commerce website I have ever seen till now.
