Delivered Two Leggings Instead Twenty

I checked delivery after getting home and seen only two leggings of kid size came instead 20 and i uploaded pictures on shop clues asked return immediately.
That person came but did not took my delivery as there are 2 leggings only,i also asked him to see the weight of 0.5kg on delivered packet and how it'll be 0.5kg for 20 leggings.
I contacted support people and kept all images but they are not responding properly.
