I had ordered a customized product from shivii_the_unique_art on Instagram on 20 Feb 2022. She took the payment and said the product will be delivered in 6-7 days but even after 10 days my product was not delivered.

When I message her for tracking number and picture of the product she said that she has not taken any picture and has dispatched my product and she will be giving tracking number in a few days.

After some days she provided a tracking number which was showing parcel not picked up. I checked again and again and it showed the same status that parcel has not been picked up when I messaged her again for the same she started making excuses and then I checked the delivery status and it showed cancelled.

I tried texting her and asking for refund but she refused and after repeated calls and messages there is no answer it has been more than 20 days and she is not replying to any of my calls and text messages.
