I am an engineering graduate from Shivalik College Of Engineering, Dehradun. Our college charges us for back fees around 500 Rs per student and we are around 4 student suffering from this problem.
As we filled a form of back fees in 2020 during pandemic time but the paper was not taken and they told us that this pending money would be utilized next time so no need to refund.
But now when back paper date came again they are refusing for that money and asking again for the money to fill the form.
