Dear sir, i get paid service through shine job app, after talking with executive he asked me pay money & i paid 59602 Rs but after some time i realized that this payment is not worthy for job seeking.

Then I asked for refund to him, he told me that there is no refund policy, but he didn't tell this me earlier, also escalating this issue to shine grievance team, team member told me that shine is not responsible for job assistance & money is non refundable.

When i ask them i will go in consumer court they told me go whenever you want, we will not liable for refund.
