Account Holder :- Menka A/c no. [Protected]Branch:- SBI Narnaul Respected Sir, The request is as follows that the total amount of Rs 22510 has been deducted from my above account during 23/01/2021 to 30/01/2021 using Internet banking improperly.

On 30/01/2021, when I took out 8000 rupees from State Bank of India ATM and checked the mini statement, I found that there is a continuous deduction from my account from 23/01/2021. I gave this information in sbi customer care, so I was told that your deduction has been done using Internet banking, whereas I have not done all this with Internet banking.

I have just stopped my Internet banking service. It appears that the user id and password of my Internet banking has been leaked by an employee of the bank. You are requested to sort out this problem and get the deductions made from my account back into the account. And strict action should be taken against the culprits involved.
