Recently I've ordered a smartwatch (fireboltt) form savex technologies pvt. Ltd. Worth 1799. I've received a defective product, and it need to be replaced with new one. I have purchased this through fireboltt official website.
I tried to contact them through mail and phone number ([PROTECTED]@boltt.com; 0[Protected]) but there was no response from their side. Please help me with this and solve this issue as soon as possible.
The invoice bill has been attached with this, kindly go through this for further information.
