On 5 May 2021 we booked furniture worth Rs 24299 on insaraf.com, and made full payment online. It is almost 3 months now and product has not even been shipped by the company yet. We have been following up with them for more than a month now.
Every time we call their customer care, one executive comes on line and asks to put us on hold to retrieve the information regarding the product. We are then put on hold for easily 7 to 10 mins. After a while when the customer care executive comes back online, he says that the shipment has been delayed.
This has been happening for more than a month now, and each time we call them they give us a new shipment date. They keep deferring the date of shipment, and till date there is no trace of our product. They do not even reply to mails nor do they keep us informed of the delay. If we mail them, then all we receive is a pre-typed/ pre-saved/ autosaved reply.
Even their chat service on the website operates in the same way - no proper response, keep delaying the date of shipment. Finally when we got tired, we asked them to cancel our order and refund us the money. And guess what?? They bluntly refused to do that! We dont know what to do now.
