I ordered three furniture worth 80000 from Insaraf. Two have been delivered. The finish is pathetic. Incomplete wood, misalignment, gaps in joint, support wood peeking out of table top are some of the highlights of their professional finish.

Further, my husband has been incessantly contacting them for redressal but to no avail. Single reply is " give two days time to address the issue and trust us". This is on for past 3 weeks.

Kindly search through internet about Insaraf and you know what are you dealing with. Check Mouth shut, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

My humble request is to avoid this company and please do not spend money to buy headache.

Still contacting daily on phone and messenger.
Daily they provide same answer. No action has been taken till now. Attaching one picture. Not a single piece of furniture is okay.
