Saraf Furniture [insaraf.com]: Not Delivering The Product After Payment

I have ordered a wooden temple from Saraf furniture (www.insaraf.com) on 9th august 2021 and I paid fully amount ₹2,790/- they had given the delivery date of 5th September 2021. Order no INSF[Protected]Today is 26th September 2021. I’m continuously connecting them for my product but they only apologise and say within 5-7 days.

They postponed to next possible date. So they have initially postponed from 5th September to 13th sep as it is in final stage of finishing then 17th ( or within 5-7 days) they again said it is in final stage of finishing then they provide the next date of 26th sept stating that they have missed the shipment due to some delay.

So probably in next pick up we will do the shipment. Talk to there executives they say mail to insaraf.com, when I mail there the revert to insaraf.com. I’m tired of mailing and connecting to their executives not getting confirmation

Also I’m insisting them to cancel the order as I don’t need now.! They are not ready to do that also !! They Just apologising and giving next possible day to delay. If In between we ask the executives they possibly replay the same day stating will try our best to deliver or have patience.
