This is regarding my ORDER NO. #INSF[Protected]
our product is due from insaraf which they told us that would deliver by 28th feb. till date they haven’t delivered the order and the customer care is ridiculous
They always lie and give random replies.
Also they haven’t responded to any of the emails..... which was regarding my previous order of bed and a blanket box which was broken from inside.
We have called the customer support at least 100 times, and most of the times the calls remain unanswered or we are put on hold and nobody responds.
We are mentally tired and harassed by their unprofessional behaviour.
will are trying to ensure that these instances are brought to everyone’s notice so that the fraud these guys commit comes into limelight and hard earned money of people like us doesn’t get wasted.
Also the customer care is so poor that we have to explain our problems everytime we call from start as he is clueless about the issue
They never respond to the emails and have even sent damaged products to some people i know. And by damaged i mean rotten and termite ridden.
Such fraudulent companies should be held accountable so that hard earned money of people doesn’t get wasted.
