Saraf Furniture [insaraf.com]: Bad Product Quality + Worst After Service

I paid around 6,000/- to get additional storage in my bed. They sent a bed without handles/grooves to access the storage. I had first complained in August 2021 and my issue hasnt still been resolved.

I have not been able to access the storage even once for what i paid 6K for.

I have spoken to atleast 5-6 different customer service agents who promise to resolve my issue but have got nothing done. I also connected with the CEO on linkedin as my last resort and he has been equally incompetent.
