Cashback Of Rupees 7500 Was Promised While Buying The Phone Within 90 Days

Hello sir/Madam
I want to register a complaint against samsung. I have bought a samsung galaxy fold 3 on October 8th in which i was eligible for an no cost emi. So samsung said the cashback of 7500 will be given within 90.
But now its 200 days i am still waiting and i have even complaint to them and the samsung store from where i bought phone he is just prolonging days since last months without any answer. Now he is not even responding to my calls.
