TV Not Delivered For Almost A Month

Hi Team,
I had ordered TV for 54K in samsung.com on 31st December, 2021 but it's still not delivered and delivery date keeps changing end of day to the very next day. Emailed, called and tweeted several times but no proper response.
I'm deeply frustrated as this was the gift for my sister's wedding and I keep calling every morning and evening to customer care just to hear that my request is escalated. Please help in getting the refund. Thanks
