Sir, I Mr.Jaysinh Sampat, age 72 & My wife Mrs.Jigna Sampat age 65 ( we are only 2 at home)visited Sleep well Gallery 200 meters from my residence SAI SWAGATAM COLLECTIONS, Shop 62,63, Raj Arcade, Mahavir Nagar,opp.D-mart, kandivli west to purchase Mattress of Good quality.
And salesman or owner Mr Ranjit gave lots of bolbachhan. We paid Rs.5000/- in advance and remaining payment on delivery of ADMIRE quality of size 75 inch × 72 inch. After 2 months we found one spot started deteriorating. I immediately visited Gallery SAI SWAGATAM COLLECTIONS.
I told them to send a person to see mattress, but Mr. Ranjit spoke rudely U talk only by Email. I requested we are senior citizen help us to solve problem at earliest but he or they never contact us. After 3 more months mattress deteriorated. So we approach you to the needful & replace the matrress.
