I take loan in Ryan cash loan app in emergency purpose. After 5 days I paid with interest. after payment with out my permission they credit amount in my account & ask for payment which is double with in 5 days.

It repeated 3 times as post. After payment I asked to close or block my account permanently. I told her that I am not using app now but there is no response. today I got message for payment I ask to block my account.

He said ok pay first after that I block your account. After payment he said wait server is busy, after some time I asked again to close because in there is no update in application.

Just due date is changed only, he said after update u see the change. After some time I asked again to close my account & send screenshot. he asked for my picture. He said if I send pic he ready to close the account otherwise not ready to close.

And using such cheap words & he don't have any fear. I have whole whats app chat of that company person. I uploaded his number in this (screenshot). Now I am scared because of my IDs & selfie pic is recorded in that application.

In future it may use for wrong way. any misuse of my information it may effect on my life & it cause to my death so please help me. please solve my problem & report that person mainly & company.
