I responded to an offer made by RtorWorld for sale of Shirts + Trousers through the Facebook page on 12th March 2021 and made payment of Rs.598 through credit card. I got order confirmation in my mail on same day. After that I tried tracking delivery through the site given in the mail and it said "no order information".
I sent mails too several times in the mail id [PROTECTED]@gmail.com from where I received the order confirmation. Now this advertisement is not appearing on Facebook, but similar products are shown under a different name.
Till now I have not received the material and there is no response from RtorWorld. The Company has not given any phone number for contact. There is no customercare option.

Even I also didn't get my order yet and it is given it will be delivered by 3 days then due to covid It may take 1 weeks now 2 months passed didn't reach my order yet

Same for me. It is a fraud I guess.I have also placed order of rs 299 on 19th March and not yet received. Now website is not working.
Even I didn't receive my order yet, it's past 1 month that I ordered for night suit from facebook page., tried to track order, Dr always says no order info. Please help us, Dr spent Rs. 1000 on it unnecessarily. First time I repent for ordering online.
