Sir i have purchased Sony TV at Reliance digital SRMT MALL KAKINADA. it is located in RAMANAYYAPETA kakinada. and they have send defected Tv to me it is not working.

When I complaint the show room they said we will replace the product but now 7 days over no response from reliance digital. Purchased date is 04/06/2022. when they come for installation they had found it was defective product.

They have informed to the reliance digital for that day onwards I am fighting for that And also I have send so many mails to customer care, they are saying we will solve.

And also given complaint to reliance head off with mail from there also no response.. please solve my issues and these people are very neglected and at the time of purchase their words are very.

But service is very very low Very very poor response please solve my issue from the past 1 week I am fighting for this no one is carrying about this, I don’t no how many day’s it will go for further.

Please resolve my issue Tv kept at my home. And it was packed by Technician and no use with that TV. Very poor service and Negligence service form there.
