I have ordered a product of oneplus on 7th April. My delivery date was on 10th April. I didn't received order on delivery date. I have complained on reliance digital but I didn't get resolution from there side.
When I asked to Ecom express courier partner. They said that product is not physically handover to them. But when I called to reliance digital and asked about order they said that product is already shipped.
So I have complained to them but they didn't respond to me. I have been tried calling to them but they didn't give perfect solution to me. So i have cancelled order on 15th April.
Still now I didn't received my refund amount. Please help me with this to get my amount.
