Installation Not Done Even In 5 Days That Is 48 Hours

I have bought an ac on 29/4/22. The installation is to be done on 1 May 2022. Installation has not yet been done. we have requested several times over customer care number to resolve the issue.
But the store staff and the customer care staff is in sensitive to every request. Customer care and store is not so operating. Following up every day. Request compensation for this harassment.
