Hello Sir/ Ma'am
I have recharged an airtel number with 2999/- plan on Airtel prepaid Sim Card. Before doing recharge I updated my Redmil app so that I can get updated with the offers.

I saw that 2999/- plan is providing disney+ hotstar pack free with this recharge on Redmil. But after completing this recharge my customer haven't got the benefit of that subscription.

I talked with customer care of both Airtel and Redmil. Airtel is saying, the offer got over on 31-May-2022. Then I talked to Redmil Customer Care about all this, they asked me to keep patience and wait for reply.

So, now I'm in trouble that what to do next? Because I haven't received the subscription yet nor I received the refund. Now either I want the subscriptions which shown me that time before doing recharge or else refund me all the money.
