All the rak items in our home was getting cracked everywhere, but while approaching their distributors " they told me that the replacing period was over. So I replaced some of the items by paying cash.
But now all the items except new one is getting cracked everywhere. I had used it only for one year, unfortunately bill is not with me. I Am really disappointed with their product . So I will never recommend any one to buy this.

From last two days coming to main branch al jazira head office rasalkhaima. Jenny dela not cooperate to change bath tub because of size different on site . So I tell him to change and if any charges coming no problems ...but no listening and no response...plz clerify what to do?
