my user id is tn krishnasamy. i have been using railwire broadband connection past 6 months. On 24th of January 2021 my connection was disconnected. I have called the customer care and registered my issue and they told to resolve my issue within 1 days but not yet. I have raised the ticket lot of times and called the manager and local operator many time but no response from them. I informed to the manager Mr. Babu and I had called many time but no response from him. If its disconnect my service then i will bring another service as well I don't know why they taking so much of time to disconnect my service. Even this month Internet bill not expired. Last ten days the Internet not working... I asked to disconnect my service also but no response.
