I contact promises services in Australia for student visa. I got refusal in my file and then promise services make duplicate sign and apply for half refund and get half of my college fees as commission.
When I talk to the agent mrs namarta the owner of promises services she start abusing me and said do whatever you want we are not giving your money back on phone.
My mother is diabetic patient getting so much stress when she come to know that fees fraud is happened with us. Its my humble request please take a immediate action against promises services company in Sydney.
Otherwise I will suicide and only responsible person is namarta from promise services office. I want my full fees refund from the college namarta is the share holder in college she submitted wrong SOP for which I get the refusal she get 50% commission on my fees.
Now she threatening me and abuses when I want my fees back. She also do duplicate sign on refund form to make the process fraud. I want justice otherwise I tweet to all australia officials and commit suicide.
