I HAD PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE FROM BANDRA STORE PROGA INC ON 15th November 2021. The Store Gave Me Commitment Of EMI Offer On My Phone.
The Slip That Is Given Also Clearly Stated that TOTAL PAYABLE AMOUNT: 18,119.88/- Which Was Suppose To Get Credited In My 4th Statement Which Is Still Not Credited.
I have Been Continuously Following Up With The Store Since 18th March 2022 & Had Been Promised By E-Mail On 3rd April 2022 Stating That Within Next 14-15 Days The Amount Will Be Credited To My Credit Card Account.
Today Is 3rd May 2022 But Still I Have Not Received The Credit In My Account.
