I've bought some high quality bangles (shakha pola) from her approx cost was (Rs. 5000) which is not a small amount for me if I'm wearing day and night like hell. I got to know about this lady from my known one's (actually I was looking for these special Bengals which only sells in west Bengal).

So this lady Priya dutta and his husband Arijit Dutta, they were not financially strong this what I got to know about them from my known one's, so I thought let's buy something from them and do a small favour to them.

So I gave orders of 4 original shakha pola bangles and and payed same about after she told me to pay this much of total amount I paid immediately through Google pay. And I asked her at the same point of time when will I receive my items.

She said in 1 weeks then after one week I messaged her she said it will take 10 days to get ready still I was okay with that and just replied okay no issues, so from giving time of 10 days she took 2 months to make it.

When I call her or message they both don't even reply. I called many times then before Holi his husband called me and said madam my delivery person is hospitalized so I couldn't dispatch I'll dispatch after Holi.

Still I said okay because I was not knowing they are such fraudsters they would do such things to me. After 2-2:30 months I messaged and told them to return my money or deliver my product in 2 days, his husband misbehaved so much.

When I called him, Priya dutta she even not reply and pickup my calls whenever I call, she only blames me that I'm wrong and I've not paid her at all for anything, on final call his husband said I'll dispatch in two days.

I need your two days even then I said okay to him because I wanted those bangles for my sister's marriage she had to wear. Then after 2-3 moths I got my parcel. And after dispatching she sent me a long message I'll show here as well.

When I opened my parcel and made Video of it, the size and items were different, what I've ordered and what I've got it totally different. Know I'm still trying to call her message her and his husband they both not replied my messages and not picked up my call.

Please help me out of this, they cheated on me I only earn 10k per month and in that I sent her and bought Rs. 5000 item from her. I trusted and they cheated on me. Please tell them to refund or send exactly what I ordered.

Or else my father would kill me.if he'll know about this shit.
