PlumGoodness.com: Plum Goodness Not Giving My Money Back After Sending Broken Products

I have ordered a gua sha from the website plum goodness they sent me a broken product for two times now I’m asking them not to send me any product give me my money back and take your broken things back they are not refunding my money please help.
