I have placed order for Aluminium Alloy Electric bicycle and paid ₹1999 through PayU app. Received confirmation from PayU on my email and so also from my Bank. However product not received and phone number address and email address are fictitious. Have registered complaint with Mumbai Cyber crime cell and with local Police Station on 4th September 2021 who registered FIR after much persuasion as fruad amount is low. Response from PayU to police station is they are unable to trace transaction and request to contact payment bank for recipient bank and account. Please all file FIR with local Police station and complain to PMO office .

I have ordered a Ultra Light Ten Knife Wheel bicycle worth rupees 999. The order no. was 18003, this I have purchased on June 22, 2021. The payment id was ( pay_HQ6oSL9VmjWJnA ) which I have paid through ( Razor pay ). Kindly register my complain and provide the solution.

I have ordered a office chair for rs-1999 and paid vide razorpay on 22nd June 2021. after payment razorpay confirmed the payment but no confirmation from pitore even the sites are not reachable on next day. I stidoed the review and found its a fake site. I made a complain to razorpay at evening 23 june 2021 and they ask to wait for a week. On 27 th june 2021 razorpay refunded my amount 1999.

I have placed an order for a chair on on 22nd June . They have confirmed their order 6206. However on checking my UPI I find that money has actually been credited into a Fastag account. Their site has also gone off the internet seems a clear case of fraud

I ordered chair for INR 1999 through this site on 18th June. It is not delivered yet, neither they are providing any contact info nor responded to the emails. I their any way I can take action against them ? Thanks Hemant Gangwar

I m Madhavan from Chennai placed one no order no 18802 for the ( gadget )same chair yesterday on23/06 checking the https status site to be a genuine And I did not get e mail confirmation till date I m raising a concern to block this site till safe resolution I m raising a concern with Razor pay for collecting payment for beneficiary thru BHIM UPI interface
