Full Description of Complaint - Piper Bloom is online company pretending to sale hand bags. Also had many other products selling online and doing advertisement on social media like Instagram, Facebook.
They took my order and ask for pre payment for the order & after that the site is showing error message like store is unavailable & no other information is available. some how managed to get cell no & when called the person is asking to install anydesk app if we want refund for our no. the person is using abusive language.
Desirable Resolution of our complaint - Request the strict action so that i will get my money refund & also no other person gets stuck in this fraud persons trap and make there own loss.
