I am selling my water motor pump on OLX and somebody call me to purchase it he said he paid through online payment phonepe i said ok he tell me that he is in army office and there is reverse payment system.

So I have to pay him first then he pay me my money as well purchase amount but after paying him he didn't pay me back and never reply me over call and Whatsapp.
