Sir on dated 10 October 2020,, I used my ATM at Petrol pump at HS KHANERI Rampur HP for 1000rs petrol. I was given transaction failed slip at amount of 992.5 rs and card was swiped again for 1000rs. So total amount debited is 1992.50 for 1000 rs petrol. Bank has closed my complaint saying that pos machine vendor has shown transaction as successful. POS machine vendor is saying that amount has been refunded back but not giving exact details of refund transaction. Sir pls help. Neither petrol pump operator is cooperating not pos machine operator. Transaction failed slip details are TID no BP006876 dt 10 Oct 2020,, complaint with SBI launched on 17 Oct 20 with ticket id [Protected]. Complaint closed by SBI on 5 Nov 2020 as POS bank has confirmed this transaction as successful. Complaint launched with POS machine vendor on 12 Dec 2020,, has given me ticket id [Protected]and said that payment Has been released from his end. But no details has been provided by him to whom he has refunded the payment and at what time he did it. Visited petrol pump twice but no positive response received from him..
