My asus laptop is dead in 25 days of purchase, I am begging pleading, emailing, calling asus for help, no one is doing anything. Day 3 finally technician said mother board needs to be replaced, day 6 another technician said no motherboard is okay, display needs to be replaced, daily delay, today is day 10 and no one has done anything.

Everyday they say tomorrow. Amol passed on the complaint to Khan, who passed it on to 2 technicians, now they are refusing to reply to my emails and calls. Daily same scene, they promise tomorrow tomorrow, no one is doing absolutely anything.

Date of purchase from Amazon 4th July 2021. Date of complaint aug 1st 2021. Refused to replace. Refusing and delaying to service. Everyday new excuse. 26k of consumer (me) down the toilet. Absolutely dead laptop less than a month of buying. Also amazon is refusing to help out as well.
