This is a complaint regarding a fraud committed by a company runny but the name _perfectdelight_ on Instagram. They sell antique crockery and other decor items. Under the pretext of selling these antiques procured and delivered in 20 days pan india I made a request for purchase of a tea service.

I purchased the product from _perfectdelight_ online thru Instagram. At the time of receiving the order their team was extremely responsive and very prompt on helping me finalise the product.

I thereby Made a payment of Inr 28500 ( twenty eight thousand and five hundred rupees ) on 11th April. They have a website by the address of perfectdelight.in/
Post receiving the payment and misleading me for a few days they’ve now stopped responding to my messages.

I’ve written complaints on their private message on Instagram as well as comments on their product release photos but they specifically choose to not respond to my messages.

I’m certain they’d block me soon going by the way they’re ignoring me. The last they wrote to me said that my order has been dispatched. The warehouse address given on the Instagram account is also untraceable since my husband and I tried locating the place in Bangalore.

There was no such address there. Please register my complaint and help me close their fraudulent page so that they stop scamming people.
