I have purchased king size bed from pepperfry.com My order Id is [Protected]. It was delivered to me on 2nd Feb 2021. I have made may complaints regarding the bed delivered to me. It is making noise while sleeping. I had sleepless nights since then. They have arranged a carpenter visit. He did his inspection.

In initial days I was using cotton mattress. They asked me to purchase foam mattress. I have purchased the foam mattress. But still I am facing a same issue. I have used the bed very few times and started sleeping on floor. It took a lot of space since it is king size. My 2 years baby also having sleepless nights along with me.

I don't even able to remove from one place to another since it's is carpenter assembly. I have made 3 complaints. I have requested for a return many times but they are rejecting my return request by saying that the bed is manufactured by their standard process They don't even attending my new complaints and rejecting all the new complaints upfront.

I am fed up of doing follow up with pepperfry. Please arrange a return and give me the option to purchase a better bed or give me a refund.
