I had purchased a product from pepperfry for Rs 20000 approx the product id is [Protected]. The product was shown as new product in the site however when i recieved the product it was old and no where close to the correct product as per pics shown in the website and site. I feel cheated of my money and the customer service experience is awful as at their Customer care noone picks up. Return request none is bothered and on the phone none picks up. Pl help me to kindly return by hard earned money from pepperfry and prevent such frauds in future..
The entire team of pepperfry has not bothered to look into the matter , as a matter of fact i had ordered another product from them alongwith the same product however the second product has not been delivered till date..... if this is the way how online companies are going to treat their customers then...
Sir apart from thumis i had submitted written request and complaint to them through their registered grievance forum however there standard reply has bee that photo of defective product not received which otherwise i had already sent earlier. I am writing to you to punish these fake sites and fraudsters please and resolve my matter at the earliest please.
